Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Day Date Moonphase, reference 25594ST with the extremely rare factory black diamond dial.

The watch is MK1 and dates back to 1980s.

In very good condition as per the pictures and video. We’ve just had the watch professionally refurbished by Elite Workshop in Hatton Garden.

The watch is running very well at 6 seconds per day with an amplitude of 280, meaning it does not require a service any time soon. All the functions work as expected and the watch has had a brand new original gasket fitted and has passed a pressure test to ensure water resistance, although we would not advise taking the watch near water.

The dial has some light patina in the 3 o clock subdial and very light “ghosting” in the 9 o clock subdial but overall is in excellent condition. The case and bracelet are also in very good condition for the age.
